We have been trading for the best part of 10 years. In 2003 our new (built in Dreamweaver!) web-site was finally published - this web-site was to remain with us for almost 7 years.
We have gained most of our clients through word of mouth and have made little effort to market ourselves using our web-site. In 2008, after a long period of development we started to log support calls using our in-house web application, built by our PHP developer.
