We provide all our clients with free advice when making technology based decisions, whenever they need it, whether that's a new printer or a complete overhaul of technology. Our advice is backed up by many years of experience in the IT industry, extensive business/IT knowledge and our close relationship with each one of our clients. We meet regularly with our clients to discuss strategy or future planning and we always encourage our clients to call us with one-off questions when required.

Health-checks

Computers can quickly become much less responsive very soon after they are purchased, they may be loaded with unnecessary files or software or poorly configured, there may even be a virus lurking somewhere.

We offer a comprehensive health-check that can help to identify problem areas and resolve them, these health-checks include:

• Virus check
• Software optimisation
• Performance diagnosis and optimisation
• Hard drive optimisation and disk scan
• Registry cleanup
• Cleaning of unwanted files

In some cases a check may highlight a much more serious problem, in this case we will advise on methods of resolving the problem or resolve it immediately at our hourly rate or as a part of our technology management contract.

Network audits

It's easy to lose track of software installed and the specification of network servers and workstations. We can audit your network for you and advise you on upgrades, redundant software or new software.

Whatever your requirements, we can audit your technology and provide you with a detailed report which can be filed or kept on computer and will enable you to identify future needs and technology changes.
