We also developed our in-house support database and help-desk application. This application allows us to track where our technicians are currently working (a real-time calendar that is viewed at our office), add work or materials to a client profile, schedule appointments, create reports for our accounts department and provides our clients with a profile that includes a searchable history of work completed or in progress.
